My touring bike is from Stevens Hamburg and I converted it accordingly. I've attached bar ends where I can attach my action camera to the left and right. There is also a holder for the action camera on the left and right of the suspension fork. So I have different film perspectives.

My Lowrieder luggage carrier bags and handlebar bags are from Ortlieb and are absolutely waterproof. I have attached additional bags to the luggage carrier bags.

Für die Navigation und Tourenaufzeichnung benutze ich das Garmin Edge Explore 2 Power. Das Garmin ist mit meinem Handy verbunden. So kann ich die Daten auslesen und habe dazu die Möglichkeit, das meine Freunde, Familie sehen, wo ich gerade bin. Wenn ich einen Sturz mit dem Fahrrad (Unfall) habe, werden meine beste Freundin und meine Eltern gleich benachrichtigt.

I attached the TARA lowrider to the suspension fork with a mounting kit . The most important thing about my lowrider is Schnufi, my constant companion and take care of me. I found it dirty on the roadside in 2018 on the tour in northern Germany and carefully picked it up. Washed up at the campsite in the evening and he's been with me ever since!

Mittlerweile ist Schnuffi in Rente gegangen und hat einen Ehrenplatz zu hause bekommen.

On my next long trip I will have the Burley Coho XC touring trailer with me. So I can distribute the weight better. The yellow bag that belongs to the Burley cannot be seen. The opening can be rolled and is completely waterproof. At the back of the wheel protection part I have attached another holder for my action camera (see gallery). It is very easy to attach and it also has a stable stand. A bag from Pletscher is attached for the luggage carrier. This is where I keep my photo equipment. There is also a hub dynamo and a current converter from Busch & Müller on the bike .

Für die Stromversorgung, an denen ich z.B. Handy, Navi usw wärend der Fahrt laden kann, habe ich am Fahrrad ist noch ein Nabendynamo und ein Stromumwandler von Busch&Müller. Dadurch bin ich unabhängig von Strom aus der Steckdose.

Um mein Fahrrad zu sichern nutze ich mehrere Möglichkeiten. Fahrrad selbst sichere ich mit 2 verschiedenen Schlösser. Das eine ist ein Faltschloss, das schon recht sicher ist. und dazu ein starkes Spiral Kabelschloss. Mit diesem Schloss kann ich auch gleich, wenn vorhanden, mein Fahrrad an ein Gegenstand abschliessen. Bügelschlösser sind noch sicher, aber eben auch schwer. Und da ich ja z.B. zum einkaufen mein Fahrrad nicht lange unbeaufsichtigt lasse, ist das auch kein Problem. Wenn ich meinen Tourenanhänger dabei habe, habe ich ein weiteres Spiral Kabelschloss dabei. Damit sichere ich mein Touren-Anhänger. Aus den Gepäcktaschen ist nie was weg gekommen, da ich mein Fahrrad auch immer beim Einkaufen dort parkiere, wo viele Menschen ein und aus gehen. In der Lenkertasche habe ich immer meine wichtigen Wertsachen darin und die nehme ich immer mit. Kameraausrüstung ist gut verstaut, so dass man diese nicht gleich findet.

Auf Campingplätzen habe ich zusätzlich ein Fahrrad Regenhülle dabei. Dies hat 2 Gründe. Einerseits ist das Fahrrad vom Regen geschützt und was wichtiger für mich ist, sollte nachts jemand an mein Fahrrad sich zu schaffen machen, muss er/sie erst die Regenhülle entfernen. Und das geht nich lautlos von sich, da die Regenhülle raschelt. Also ist das ein weiterer Diebstahlschutz.
