Sausage Salad

For 2 people
Preparation time approx. 5 minutes



  • 400 g sausage

  • 1 large or 2 small onions

  • Some chives

  • 1.5 EL mustard

  • 1 EL vinegar

  • 2 EL oil

  • salt

  • pepper



Step by step

1. Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into thin slices, slice in half if desired. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.
    Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls

2. Mix the mustard with the vinegar, salt and pepper and fold in the oil. Mix all ingredients and let steep for 30 minutes. Spicy              farmer's bread or lye pastries go well with this.
